Welcome to the SHAPE Work Lab!
The SHAPE Work Lab is dedicated to advancing organizational research with the aim of enhancing our understanding and conceptualization of economic stress, fair and dignified employment, and workplace safety and health. Our ultimate goal is to enhance the well-being of workers.

Location
The SHAPE Work Lab is housed within the Department of Psychology at Baruch College (CUNY). We are based in the Gramercy neighborhood in Manhattan, New York, NY.
