I am an occupational health psychologist broadly interested in understanding and improving the livelihood of economically vulnerable workers (e.g., gig workers, job insecure workers, financially strained workers, and exploited workers), enhancing workplace safety and health (e.g., safety climate and accident reporting), and promote better measurement practices and latent variable applications in organizational psychology.
I joined the Department of Psychology at Baruch College (The City University of New York) as an assistant professor of industrial/organizational psychology in Summer 2023.
