Andrea Bazzoli, Ph.D.
Assistant Professor of Psychology
Assistant Professor of Psychology
I am an occupational health psychologist and Assistant Professor of Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Baruch College and the CUNY Graduate Center. My research sits at the intersection of economic stressors and workplace safety, with the goal of understanding how vulnerable and marginalized workers experience and cope with economic challenges and unsafe workplaces.
I teach occupational health psychology, organizational development and change, and research methods to undergraduate, master's, doctoral, and executive students. Both my research and teaching advance UN Sustainable Development Goals: No Poverty (1), Good Health and Well-Being (3), Decent Work and Economic Growth (8), and Reduced Inequalities (10); and seek translate evidence into safer, fairer, and more resilient workplaces.
